Product Care

General Care For Pearl

1. Handle Pearls Gently: Avoid scratching or chipping. Pearls are delicate and can be easily damaged by rough handling

2. Clean with Care: Clean your pearls regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or oil buildup. Avoid using harsh cleansers or ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage the pearls' delicate surface

3. Avoid Water Exposure: Pearls are sensitive to moisture and can be damaged by prolonged exposure to water. Avoid wearing your pearls while swimming or bathing, as chlorine in pools and saltwater in oceans can dull their luster and weaken the silk thread holding them together.

4. Last to Dress: When dressing up, make pearls the last jewelry you put on. This ensures they are not accidentally exposed to perfumes, lotions, or hairspray, which can diminish their brilliance.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid chlorine water and rubbing with paper products, which can scratch the silver. Store pieces in a cool dry place away from light and air to prevent excess tarnishing. We recommend using the sterling silver specific liquid jewelry cleaner. For pieces containing stones, pearls and crystals, we recommend using the polishing cloth only, as the liquid can damage some stones.

Gold Vermeil

Always separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching and remove before showering or cleaning. Polish gently using yellow gold specific polishing cloth.
